  • Communications -- Emails, chat messages, phone call recordings (with consent), and support requests you send to us
  • Lead Data -- Information about prospective residents and families captured through your AI agents, chat widgets, and contact forms

2.2. Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and Browser Information -- IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, and screen resolution
  • Usage Data -- Pages visited, time spent on pages, click patterns, referring URLs, and navigation paths
  • Analytics Data -- Data collected through Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including session duration, bounce rate, conversion events, and user demographics (aggregated)

  • Payment Processor -- Transaction status and billing information from Stripe

4. How We Share Your Information

  • Directory Listing -- If you subscribe to a plan that includes a listing on ultimateseniorresource.com, your community name, address, care levels, amenities, and contact information will be publicly displayed on that directory.
  • Legal Requirements -- We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

  • Usage and analytics data is retained in anonymized, aggregated form for service improvement purposes
  • Voice call recordings are retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

  • Secure payment processing through PCI DSS-compliant Stripe
  • Access controls and authentication for all systems

8. Your Rights and Choices

12. HIPAA Disclaimer

USR Engage is a marketing platform, not a healthcare provider or covered entity under HIPAA. We do not collect, store, or process Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined by HIPAA. Our AI agents are designed to handle marketing inquiries (pricing, availability, amenities, tour scheduling) and do not access or transmit medical records, treatment plans, or clinical data. Senior living communities that are covered entities should ensure their use of the Service complies with their own HIPAA obligations.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was most recently revised.
